Reservations are highly recommended and can be made through our website reservation system

(click below at bottom) or by calling the restaurant directly at 250-384-6474. Please leave a voicemail and we will respond to messages Monday-Saturday 1:00-9:00pm. Please note that we may not be able to answer the phone during the busy dinner hours. Please do leave us a voicemail message we will return your call as quickly as possible. Reservations are accepted up to 60 days prior to the reservation date.

 Group Reservations :

Reservations for up to 6 people can be made via our online reservation system

or by calling the restaurant at 250-384-6474.

In an effort to preserve our dining room's ambiance and to maintain our high level of service,

Ithaka Restaurant does not accept large group reservations.

We are able to accommodate a limited number of group reservations as follows:

​

Monday-Thursday: we will accept a group size of maximum 12 guests.

*Booking multiple tables to book a group larger than 12 guests is not an option.

 

Friday & Saturday: we will accept a group size of maximum 8 guests.

*Booking multiple tables to book a group larger than 8 guests is not an option.

 

The following will apply to group reservation of 7-12 guests.

• Groups will have a 2-hour dining time from reservation start time

• 20% service charge will apply to groups of 8 guests or more

• A credit card will be required to secure reservations of 7-12 people. All credit card information will be processed securely. No-shows will be subject to a charge of $25 per person.

Takeout Orders:

Our Dinner Menu is available for takeout. (Delivery not available at this time)

Our Takeout line is open daily after 4:30pm.

To place a takeout order, please call the restaurant directly at 250-384-6474 and select the takeout line option 2.

 

 *Please note: A service charge of 10% will apply to takeout orders over $200.00. During our high-volume peak hours in the dining room, we may be unable to process your takeout order. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

 

 

Accessible Entrance

Ithaka is pleased to offer an accessible entrance/wheelchair ramp located at the side of the restaurant in our laneway. Please call us at 250-384-6474 to find out more information and to arrange for access to this entrance. As we have limited tables on our accessible main level, please be sure to call ahead to ensure we have a table available on this level and to note your requirements so that we may reserve you a table on this level.

 

 

Ithaka Patio Sun Room

Our newly renovated Patio Sun Room is covered, glassed-in with windows that open, and heated when the temperature cools. The patio tables are non-reservable and are offered on first come first serve basis. If you would like to request a table on the Patio Sun Room, please note this in your reservation and we will do our best to accommodate!

 

 

Where Can We Park?

We are located in the heart of downtown Victoria at 716 Burdett Ave. Please note that the restaurant does not have its own parking and the Chateau Victoria Hotel parking garage located next door is for their hotel guests and not available to Ithaka patrons.

 We recommend parking at the Broughton Street Parkade, located one block north of the restaurant at 745 Broughton Street (City parkade located below Central Library). Parking is $2.50 per hour and free after 8:00pm. Elderly guests or those with accessible requirements may be dropped off in our loading zone out front of the restaurant and we will be pleased to seat them while you park.

 

 

Cakes and Desserts:

Please note that as per the Vancouver Island Health Authority guidelines, we are not permitted to allow outside cakes or desserts made or purchased elsewhere to be brought into the restaurant for your dinner.  We do offer our our homemade desserts, or you can call and request our pastry chef to create a cake for your group. We thank you for your understanding.

 

 

Service Animals:

Service animals are permitted when accompanied by official government issued certifications.
